Cash Bar
Our table top Cash Bar comes with a range of bottled beers and ales, and all the spirits, mixers and soft drinks you would expect to find in any local pub, at local pub prices. We include good quality plastic tumblers, bar staff, ice – everything you need.

This service is free but does require a minimum spend deposit of £10 per person. Providing the minimum spend is met, your deposit will be returned in full.

We are licensed to sell alcohol in any licensed venue. If your venue is not licenced, we can apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TENS) on your behalf for an administration fee of £40.

Tastings
We happily provide tasting menus for your event at our production kitchen, your venue or home. We charge £150 for up to 6 people which we take as a credit towards your event once you confirm your booking with us.

Kitchen Equipment
For all our menus, except drop offs and deliveries, we will require access to suitable kitchen space and facilities to finish preparing your food.

As some venues do not have equipped kitchens, we are able to supply everything we will need provided there is an indoor space to set up in. For venues where even this is not possible, we can supply a fully equipped catering tent.

Prices will vary depending on the size and nature of your event, but the following costs can be used as examples.

Basic kitchen equipment up to 60 guests £330
Basic kitchen equipment up to 120 guests £630
Fully equipped catering tent up to 60 guests £600
Fully equipped catering tent up to 120 guests £850

We can supply a whole range of catering equipment and furniture including trestle tables, round tables, banqueting chairs, table linen, extra crockery, cutlery, glassware – anything you might need for your event. Contact us for a full price list.

Crockery & Cutlery
Any additional items, that are not included in your price per head, or if you want to upgrade your delivery or drop off, are charged at the following rates. A delivery/collection charge of £50 may be applied depending on your location.

Staff
Any additional staff you may need, that are not included in your package price are charged at the following hourly rates for a minimum of 4 hours.

Transport
Transport costs are included in your price per head (except for canapés) and are based on venues within 10 miles of our Broadwater shop (5 miles for drop offs and deliveries). After this we charge 50p per mile.
